Many people believe that no pains, no gains, which has encouraged myriads of people to pursue their dreams. It is true we gain while we are suffering, and it will always be.

In other words, the process of suffering is actually the process of gaining. For instance, artists gain the skills of producing a masterpiece when having taken countless time to finish many rough artworks; peasants can figure out the best way to cultivate crops when gaining nothing during the harvest season; students may find more effective methods to study when spending much time on mastering a knowledge point. We gain while trying, experiencing, and learning, and sometimes a windfall is also possible. Therefore, the process of paining is the process of gaining.

To conclusion, no dream is too big and no dreamer is too small as long as we enjoy suffering pains both physically and mentally, because the process of suffering is the process of gaining.
